Bits & Pieces: March 2015

Today's the first day of spring and it couldn't be anymore beautiful! The sun is out & the weather is absolutely perfect! Makes me want to stay outside all day... and I totally would, if it wasn't for the awful sneeze attack I would have later. Spring time & my allergies do not go well together. But I still managed to get Liam & myself out of the house today and enjoy this beautiful weather for a little while. He loves being outside and exploring! It's amazing to watch and see how a simplest thing, such as a stick, could entertain him for hours! lol

On days that were too windy/rainy to go outside, like yesterday, he likes to sit by the window and watch the "tweet tweet" (birds) fly around. It's so cute! But also so sad because he would ask to go outside and play with them, and I'd have to tell him we can't because it's too cold and wet.

We took Liam down to the lake here on base last weekend to feed the ducks while Jason did some fishing. He had fun looking for the ducks & daddy even showed him how to fish =) I'm not sure he got the jest of it yet, but I can't wait until he's a little older and we can get him his own little fishing pole so that he could really fish.

Oh and of course I can't leave out my sweet fur baby! =) She got new haircut & is ready for spring!

We also got Jason a new grill, that we can't wait to break in this weekend! With the shift he's on right now, we can't really grill out for dinner, so we have to wait till the weekend to do it. He's been so anxious to break his new grill in lol.

Not much else is new with us. Liam's been talking like crazy lately. Everyday he learns a new word or phrase and it's crazy to have an actual conversation with him lol. He's so smart and so eager to learn, which I'm so proud of. He knows all his ABC's & most of his numbers from 1-10. And so much more. Watching him grow and learn everyday is such a blessing. He recently learned how to wink & blow kisses haha so he's been using that to his advantaged when he wants something. And boy, is he such a flirt with the ladies! Like father, like son I guess haha. My little baby has turned in such a handsome little boy now. I can't believe that in just 3 short months, he will be 2!!! where has the time gone? Has it really been almost 2 years since I gave birth?! There's no way that's true! I guess time really do fly when you're having fun ;)

I can't believe it's already March!! I feel like we just celebrated New Years not that long ago. lol. So many things to look forward to this month. I have many photo sessions booked this month and it makes me so excited thinking about it. I've been itching to get out there with my camera, but since the weather has been so cold and crappy lately, it's hard to make myself leave the warmth of our house. Although March has started off with two gloomy and rainy days so far, I feel like this cold front is about to leave and warmer weather will soon greet us (or at least I can hope so!). There's not really much going on with us lately, so I will just leave you with some cute pictures of my favorite little man =)
