Fall Fun!

We've had a busy schedule lately! Filled with lots of Fall  fun! =) One thing that I love about living on base is all the fun activities that our Housing office hosts. First off, we have the annual Howl-O-Ween event. My fur baby got to be center of attention for a night and she loved it! =) She didn't love her costume too much though lol. We dressed her up as a leopard and headed off the the dog park on base for the event. We entered her into the costume contest and she ended up winning 3rd place for cutest costume ^_^ 

Our next fun event is the Trunk or Treat! This was our first year taking Liam trunk or treating. He wasn't too interested in any of the treats but he did love the Frozen trunk lol. He also just wanted to run around instead of standing in line to get candy lol. maybe he'll be more interested in it next year!

Our last fun event is of course, a trip to the pumpkin patch! Liam had so much fun looking at all the pumpkins and doing all the activities at the patch. I could barely get him to sit still long enough for a decent picture lol. This boy is always on the move!!

I can't believe how much he's changed in just a year! I can't even begin to imagine what he will look like next year! My tiny little baby is growing up so fast!

Glory Glory to Ole GEORGIA!!

What a fantastic weekend we just had!! Our friends came into town to visit us on Friday. And we were finally able to attend a GA game Saturday afternoon! We haven't been to one in 3 years! Luckily, our team was playing the Hogs (Arkansas's football team), right here in town! Usually the Hogs play in Fayetteville, which is about 3 hours away from where we live. But once a year, they play at their stadium right here in Little Rock. We had a blast at the game! I was so glad and relief when I realized that our seats were on the GA side. Nothing better than being surrounded by some of the finest in the land ;) Good ole GA fans!! We did have a few Hogs fans around us, that were kinda bitter, but they left pretty early since AR was losing so it wasn't too bad. Other than that, most of the AR fans that we came across were pretty nice :)

These Razorback guys cracked me up! They were holding up signs for each car that were passing by, rating the people. They gave me a 10 until they realized that I'm a GA fan, so they turned the signs upside down for a 01 lol. I told them when we win I'd post their pic with the hashtag #Dawgswin so here you go guys! lol

Overall, it was a great game, and we all had a wonderful time! So thankful for my awesome bestie,  Shaira, who babysat Liam for us while we went to the game. This was the first time that I was away from my sweet boy for that long. He had a blast with them though! ^_^

First taste of Fall

Fall is def. one of my fav season! It means cool weather, bon fire, pumpkin patches, hay rides, hiking,  FOOTBALL!, halloween, state fairs, etc. I can go on and on! =) It's the perfect time of year! Last weekend we finally got a little taste of Fall, since it's been so hot around here lately. The temperature was in the high 60's so it was the perfect opportunity to go on a hike! So we packed up our things and set out on an early hike at Pinnacle Mountain with some friends. We haven't been back to Pinnacle Mt. since we first moved here. I'm so glad that Liam's old enough now to take him on hikes and he's able to enjoy it.... somewhat lol. We had so much fun, and we def. plan on going back soon.

I'm also super excited about all the other fun Fall activities we have planned for the rest of this month, including going to a GA game!!, and so on. Stay tune for more updates of our fun Fall activities! ^_^ But for now, enjoy some pics from our beautiful hike!
