A Friendsgiving Feast

We are truly blessed to have made so many amazing friends here in Arkansas. I'm so thankful for all of them. Yesterday we had a little "friendsgiving" dinner with our little group of friends. I made my first turkey, with the help of my friend Esther. Well she did most of the "dirty work" i guess you can say lol, and I just stuffed it, popped it in the oven and pray that it doesn't burn. It turned out pretty wonderful if I don't say so myself ;) It was so nice to sit down with everyone and just eat, talk, and have a wonderful time together while listening to our kids laughing and making a mess in the living room lol.

All stuffed and ready to be popped into the oven :)

My handsome hubs and me <3
Our beautiful bird =D

Thank you Cliff for carving the turkey

FOODDDD TIME!! :)

We def, tore the turkey apart! lol

Ashley cutting her homemade apple & pumpkin pies for us!

CoCo was of course by my feet waiting for some food to be dropped lol
The best group of friends I could ever ask for. I honestly didn't expect to make such wonderful friendships when we first moved here. After leaving our close group of friends in GA to move here to AR, I didn't think it was possible to have that closeness again. But these people proved me wrong. I'm so thankful for each and every one of them. We all get along so well, and we've agreed that it's because we are NEVERRR ever on time for anything! lol If you know me, you know I'm usually late to almost everything. But these girls are worst than me... haha jk! we all agreed to have dinner at 4pm yesterday, it was pushed back to 4:30... then people didn't started showing up until about 5ish lol. But because we knew each other so well, we all knew that was going to happen haha. Overall, thank you guys, for being such wonderful friends! your friendships mean the world to me, to us! <3

Halloween 2014

Liam had a blast trick or treating this past Halloween! We decided to dress him up in his monkey costume instead of his lion costume, since he was terrified of the lion one lol. He was ok with the monkey one though. Although the weather was freezing cold and super windy, we still had a fun time going from house to house with our friends. We were sad that Jason wasn't able to get off work early to come trick or treating with us because he had work come up, but Liam still had a lot of fun. He loved running up to people's doors with his friends, Emma & Amaiya! ;) But once he was there, he wasn't too interested in the candy. He just wanted to run into their house and play lol. He ended up with lots of candies, which mommy and daddy will gladly share since Liam isn't old enough for candy yet. :D

I love the banana hanging from his pocket lol

Patiently waiting on candy :)

Had to inspect his candy after we got home :) He loved going through it all. Too bad he couldn't have any lol Next year will be a lot more fun since he'll be older and more aware of what's really going on :)
